I do not and none of the people that I work with SELL - we offer recommendations and advice and leave the decisions up to you!
With the market as it is at the moment we are concentrating on quality apartments and villas in Marbella where people are keen to sell. This could be the vendor facing repossesion, the bank having taken posession or developers keen to sell the last remaining units on a site. Typically we can negoitate 35% to 65% discounts against the current bank valuation.
Once you have decided a property that you are interested in we then arrange to go and view the apartment or villa of your choice. These property tend to sell very quickly so speed is of the essence in these type of sales. I am happy to accompany you and drive you around and offer a complete start to finish service or if you prefer you can travel independently and and meet up with my partners in Spain.
Either way we will be at your side the whole way through to completion and beyond. We can introduce you to trusted and reliable lawyers, sort out services, furnishings if neccesary, design if necessary and so on. Anything at all that we can assist with we will be happy to and feel that is part of our service to you.
Although we are paid on a commission basis by the seller as we deal with a wide variety of agents, developers and individuals selling their properties you can be assured that our advice is NOT based on where we will earn the most commissions!! Much of our business comes from referrals from previous clients so you are are in safe and non biased hands!
