Elite OPI - founded by Dianne Brabham - is the culmination of years of experience in the overseas property market starting with a spur of the moment decision 9 years ago when following the end of my marriage I went to live in Marbella joining the exploding property market selling property to Brits on Costa del Sol.
During my eye opening time there I worked for several of the large and well known companies on the coast, before discovering that having big offices, lots of advertising and the biggest stands at exhibition did not necessarily make the type of company I would wish my friends and family to deal with.
I therefore decided to set up on my own and have now worked for several years giving honest and ethical advice to people looking for holiday homes and investment properties. I am not constrained to sell developments with the biggest commissions but I actively source developers who are building projects that will offer solid investment potential in years to come. We only choose to feature properties that I would buy myself or sell to my family and friends.
As well as properties in one of the best emerging markets - Morocco and, one of the long term favourites - Portugal - I have also identified an excellent investment opportunity in a managed fund where you can utilise your exisitng pension funds to enter into this exciting opportunity. We do not 'sell' to any of our clients. We offer advice and opportunities and it is totally up to you whether you buy or not.
We can arrange viewing trips to any of the projects that we market but you won't be shepherded around in groups and put under all sorts of emotional blackmail and pressure - We do not HAVE to sell to keep our job!! Our professional partners overseas are all in the same fortunate position.
