Q Can we sell before completion?
A Yes - but do be aware that you will be selling against the developer who can usually offer better incentives than you as an individual. Property should generally be considered as a fairly long term prospect.

Q Can I use my own solicitor?
A Yes - but do make sure he has knowledge of the area.

Q What if I don't have ready cash available for the deposit?
A It is often possiblel to borrow against equity in your house - talk to an IFA. With initial deposits from £8,000 there is something within our property selection for everyone.

Q What if I can't get a mortgage in the required time?
A As long as it is progressing the developer will not object to small delays.

Q Why can't I go and buy a property like these today?
A You can - but if they are built already they will cost you more.

Q Is the property is maintained to retain their value?
A Yes developments are maintained to the benefit of everyone involved.
