Q Can we sell before completion?
A Yes - but do be aware that you will be selling against the developer who can usually offer better incentives than you as an individual. Property should generally be considered as a fairly long term prospect.
Q Can I use my own solicitor?
A Yes - but do make sure he has knowledge of the Marbella area and is familiar with buying apratments and villas there.
Q What if I don't have ready cash available for the deposit?
A It is often possible to borrow against equity in your house - you need to talk to a professional person about your options for finance. As long as you have good credit this can normally be organised.
Q Is the property is maintained to retain their value?
A Yes developments are maintained to the benefit of everyone involved.
