All properties that Eliye OPI are involved with have to meet some very strict slection criteria - these include -

• must offer real and solid investment potential
• must be in up-and-coming areas people will want to visit
• must have had all necessary due diligence has been carried out
• there must be a good market to sell and rent out the properties
• where appropriate the developments have genuine guaranteed rental income - where the developer has agreements in place from holiday companies wanting to take the developments manage and feature them in their brochures
• there must be payment terms in place that are beneficial to the investor
