We have totally independent lawyers for each development that we deal with that we can recommend to you or advise you where to find your own lawyer if you prefer.

All the services will be organised on the development - you will not have to sort out your electric and water supplies in a foreign language.

Furniture can be organised in several different ways. One of our business colleagues imports fantastic quality furniture and we are happy to discuss putting together furniture packages to suit your taste and budget requirements. Again removing the stress factor!

Most of our projects have a guaranteed rental schemes in place. For the few that don't we can help and advise on the best way to maximise your investment. We have web designers who can help with a web site for your property, advertising advice, rental management companies etc so that the hassle and worry is taken away.

Basically we can advise on every aspect of your purchase whether you buy something as a holiday home or an investment you never visit.
