We formed Elite OPI after many years in the Overseas Property Market basically as we felt that although there were numerous companies out there we could have worked for most of the ones we had previously been involved with did not meet our personal standards of professionalism.

We search out genuine opportunities and because we do not have flashy offices and a millionaire lifestyle to support do not have to work with developers who offer over the top levels of commissions! Thereby ensuring that your investment is an investment from day 1 not 2 years down the line when the capital growth on the property has caught up with the inflated price.

We are not comfortable with being 'sold to' and therefore don't 'sell' to you. We provide the information and leave the decisions to you. Although are always on call for advice and questions which we know you will have. As such we do tend to work with both professional investors and ordinary people looking to help secure their own futures.
